St. Anthony's offers a one-day seminar on prepared childbirth, for busy couples who can't find the time to attend weekly Lamaze sessions. The mother-to-be should attend with the person who will be supporting her during labor, dress comfortably and bring two pillows and a blanket.
The class costs $100 and lasts from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Registration required.
