Signature Medical Group Presents "Healthy Snacking"

Signature Medical Group's Community Nutritional Outreach program now partners with the Mid-east Area Agency on Aging to bring valuable health care information to senior citizens at senior centers throughout St. Louis. Through this partnership, Signature Medical Group's private-practice physicians and registered dieticians present a wide range of health-related topics including: orthopedic pain, cold and flu season, eating for health and preparing simple meals at home.

"The goal of this partnership is to offer community members important information on health and wellness. The physicians at Signature Medical Group want to make sure the senior community is well informed and educated on the importance of healthy living," Registered Dietician Liz Erker explained.

Upcoming presentations include: "Healthy Snacking" on March 13 at 11 a.m. at the South County Senior Center in Lemay - 9451 Gentry Avenue.
