St. Anthony’s Offers Free Early Pregnancy Class

St. Anthony’s Medical Center offers free Early Pregnancy classes for couples in the first 24 weeks of pregnancy.

This one-session class offers information about the anatomy and physiology of pregnancy, coping with pregnancy discomforts, nutrition, exercise, fetal development and more.

The next session will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5, in the Hyland Education & Training Center, located on the campus of St. Anthony’s Medical Center at 10020 Kennerly Road.
