Home Depot offers free make-it wokshops for children ages 5-12 on the first Saturday of every month. This Saturday, July 6, the activity will be a "Despicable Me 2" themed project. The class is from 9 a.m. until noon.
According to Home Depot, "Workshops teach children do-it-yourself skills, tool safety and instill a sense of pride and accomplishment."
Participants get to keep their project, are given a free work-apron, a pin and a certificate.
