Jazzercise Owner Close to New Lease Agreement
Details on the location will come in a few days.

Jazzercise Oakville Fitness Center could soon have a new home.
The business owner, Jan Wolf, said she is finalizing a lease at a new location less than five miles away from her current building, at 4220 Telegraph Road in the Telegraph South Shopping Center.
Pat Willet, with Pace Properties, worked with Wolf to help her relocate at Sixth District County Councilman Steve Stenger's recommendation.
Willet put together eight properties for her to look at, but she had a tight budget and he hadn't been in touch with her for a few weeks.
Wolf's need for a new location came from a because she was behind on her rent for the property.
A , and Stenger filed the conditional use permit for the building last week. He said he has gotten a lot of feedback from residents about the new business.
At first, most were concerned about losing the Jazzercise business. That's what prompted him to help the fitness center to find a new location and get in touch with the real estate company. Once he started doing that, the comments became more positive.
"That's really a win-win for the community because a lot of people wanted to see that happen," he said.
Gail Choate, land use manager for the county's planning department, said with the permit filed, the project can take another step forward.
"The zoning process would be over, and the building process would start," she said.
