Jefferson Barracks Debuts New Trail Program in April
A Walk through Time will be Saturday, April 14.

A new program at will highlight some of the recent trail developments in the park.
A Walk Through Time will feature historic camps where re-enactors will present windows into the past. Attendees can learn about the clothes, equipment and daily life in the early American colonial area.
The walk is available for free during the day from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. or at night at 7 p.m. for $5.

The night session will follow a costumed tour guide along a lantern-lit trek and visit military figures from the past. The night will end with a campfire and stories from historians. Refreshments will be provided and guests will be given a historical book as a souvenir.
The program is funded in part from Great Rivers Greenway.
