Any dog named after The Rolling Stones megahit, “Jumpin' Jack Flash” has to be something special. The name seems to fit this week’s Pooch of the Week perfectly. Jumpin’ Jack loves to do just that – jump (and run and play). If he is moving, he is happy, and he can’t wait to meet the perfect family that can keep up with him!
Jumpin’ Jack, a 1-year-old black Lab mix, was found roaming an alley in South City. He was very lucky that the family that found him decided to foster him. They absolutely adore him, and have taken him to many adoption events, including The Watering Bowl’s Open House Adoption Event several weeks ago. Circumstances having nothing to do with Jack are preventing his foster family from keeping him much longer, so they are determined to find the perfect home for this loveable boy.
Jumpin’ Jack’s absolute favorite thing to do is run! His ideal family would be one that would allow him to stretch out his legs on a daily basis. This could include but is not limited to playing in the yard with him, daily walks, jogs, or runs, and taking Jack to TWB to hang with his buddies (he gets along great with other dogs). The possibilities are endless!

Most importantly, though, Jack needs a home where he is loved. He has been given that by his foster family, and expects the same from his forever family.
