Lemay Man Indicted in Oakville Burglary
The man was a lookout for a Feb. 25 burglary, St. Louis County Police said.

A St. Louis County grand jury indicted a Lemay man Wednesday on charges of second-degree burglary and stealing.
Samuel Starns, 35, of the 900 block of Regina in Lemay, faces charges stemming from a Feb. 25 burglary.
St. Louis County Police said in a probable cause statement that Starns acted as a lookout Feb. 25 while another person on the 300 block of Magoffin Trails Court in Oakville. The property, valued at $895, was owned by McBride & Sons Homes.

Starns' bond was reduced from $30,000 to $15,000 with a 10 percent cash payment.
