Peacock, a petite, 2-year-old black Terrier mix, is as pretty as a princess. She has the softest coat - some of TWB staff wanted to spend the whole day petting her. Peacock did not have any complaints! Besides being petted, Peacock spent the day running around the play area at TWB. She also had a blast with all of her new friends. She is going to make some family very happy, and soon they appear!
Ms. Peacock, this week’s Pooch of the Week, had a fabulous Thanksgiving holiday! First, she got to spend all of Tuesday romping and rolling with her new friends at The Watering Bowl. Then, she was informed that her adoption is pending. She has so much to be thankful for this holiday season!

It takes a lot to keep the shelter running, yet the shelter is vital to the city of St. Louis. That is why The Watering Bowl will be holding a donation drive for Stray Rescue now through the end of the year. They are gathering bleach, laundry detergent, 60-gallon trash bags, paper towels, and monetary donations. Every little bit counts, so pick up a little extra at the store and drop it off at .
