Photos: 60-Plus Club Entertained by Oakville Middle School Students
Last Wednesday, students served breakfast and sang to the district's older residents.
More than 100 members of the Mehlville School District’s 60-Plus Club listened to the entertainment of the band and choir.
“Septemberfest” was held on Wednesday and celebrated the school’s history with food, music and trivia. Students and staff put together a slideshow of photos from the last 50 years at Oakville Middle School and will celebrate its 50th anniversary in the spring.
The National Junior Honor Society served breakfast and 60-Plus members also played trivia.

The District’s next 60-Plus event will be held at Hagemann Elementary on Dec. 7, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Mehlville residents 60 years of age or older can obtain a 60-Plus Gold Card by calling the Communications Department at (314) 467-5153. The 60-Plus Gold Card provides residents with access to Mehlville School District home sporting events, musical and theatre performances, and four 60-Plus events each year at no cost.
