Police Blotter: Stolen Items Recovered from Two Vehicles

The St. Louis County 4th Precinct crime report from May 9 to May 15 includes incidents occurring in Mehlville.

May 9

  • A white, 2006 Ford F350 pick-up truck was reported stolen from the 6100 block of Hawkins Road.
  • Credit cards, keys, a wallet and iPod were taken from a vehicle on the 600 block of Rochester Drive. 

May 10

A shoplifter was arrested and charged with felony theft after stealing groceries from the Shop-n-Save on Lemay Ferry Road. It was the suspect's third offense, making it a felony.

May 11

  • A suspect was arrested for burglary in the second degree after breaking into a residence on the 300 block of Placid Avenue. Nothing was reported stolen. 
  • Copper wiring was reported stolen from a business on the 6700 block of Telegraph Road. 

May 12

Sports equipment, ammunition and tools were reported stolen from a residence on the 2700 block of Sedan Drive. 

May 13

A suspect was arrested and charged with felony theft after stealing clothing, food and household goods from Walmart on Telegraph Road. It was the suspect's third offense, making it a felony.

May 14

Electronics were stolen from a vehicle on the 3900 block of Taravue Lane.

May 15

  • Police arrested a suspect and recovered stereo equipment reported stolen from a vehicle on the 5100 block of Milburn Road. 
  • A travel bag, weed trimmer and CDs were stolen from a residence on the 100 block of Brilliant Lane. 
  • A GPS unit and .38 revolver was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 5300 block of Warmwinds Court. A suspect was arrested and the property was recovered.
