Comments: This is an opening inspection. Sanitizer test strips must be provided for chlorine sanitizer to ensure proper dilution; carpet runner must be removed. 

IHOP, 4013 Lemay Ferry Rd.
Inspection date: Feb. 1

Comments: An inspector responded to the restaurant after receiving a notice from the fire department that IHOP had a water line break. The facility had no water, and ‘closed’ signs were placed on exterior doors. Several food items were damaged or soiled, according to the inspection report.
