Southpaw Pet Center Wags Tails at Customers

After a year at Telegraph and Erb roads, Southpaw Pet Center has decided its time to celebrate. Tomorrow customers and their favorite pooches will be celebrated with a customer appreciation day.

Southpaw was previously at another location on Telegraph for 15 years, and last year it was time for expansion. In order to thank its customers for their dedication, Got 2 Be Me Photography will be on hand from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. to take photos of you and your beloved pet. Appointments are still available, and prices range from $10 for a 5x7 to $15 for a group shot. Owners also can be in the photo with their pet.

Catherine Hughes, animal communicator, also will be on hand from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Bring in a photo of your pet, or bring your pet with you. She can connect to your pet and let you know what’s on his or her mind. The price is $15 for 15 minutes. Appointments with Hughes also are still available.

Nancy Fernandez, manager of Southpaw, said that customers also can look forward to retail specials and clearance items tomorrow.

“Anything that’s not on special will be 10 percent off of retail price,” Fernandez said.

And perhaps best of all, rat terrier puppies are available as of press time and are looking for good homes. So, customers can add to their already loving brood of canines.
