St. Louis Sno Cone Lady Finds Home in Mehlville

For 28 years, Angela Mattox has set up shop for the summer on Telegraph.

On Telegraph Road, near the Hoods Shopping Center, lies Sno Biz of New Orleans sno cone stand.

Angela Mattox has run the sno cone stand for the last 28 years and has been dubbed the "St. Louis Sno Cone Lady."

She's even written a book about her past life and hardships in Europe and her thriving business in America.

Along with running the stand from April until September, Mattox volunteers at the Jefferson Barracks VA Hospital.
