Tee Time Family Fun Center Celebrates Grand Opening
A remodel and update project puts Tee Time at the top of the list for family fun this summer.
After 15 years in business at the same location on Lemay Ferry Road, Tee Time Family Fun Center is still living up to its original motto: "Fun Always!" Even though originality is still a key component, Tee Time has remodeled and updated their facility with new rides, games, an indoor soft-play area and a new menu. As soon as you arrive at the top of the driveway, the changes will be apparent. The clubhouse is much larger and there is a fresh, new look to the landscaping.
The spacious clubhouse has a large, brightly colored soft-play area for the younger guests, including a 3-D maze. Many new games dot the central room with a well-stocked redemption center where game tickets are exchanged for prizes. There is plenty of room for parties and the package prices are family friendly, beginning at $9.95 per guest.
One of the most surprising new features of the clubhouse is an elevated back room that houses a large, indoor bumper car ride. The cars and track are colorful and well constructed for safety. Currently Tee Time management is trying out a special price on the bumper cars, $8 per person per day for unlimited rides.

Zach Harris, a three-year employee at Tee Time said, “The indoor bumper cars are unique to Tee Time and one of our most popular rides. I think this special price for unlimited rides for the day will be very popular with our guests.”
“I have had nothing but positive comments about our new look since we opened for the summer early in May. That was our soft opening. The Grand Opening is this weekend. It’s a totally new environment,” said Harris.

Many new games mean many rewards for playing. The display of prizes on the wall and in the case is impressive. They have offering for all ages. An attendant at the counter is always ready to redeem tickets for merchandise.
Anne Matson, a three-year employee at Tee Time said of the games, “The game area has been very busy so far this year. The prizes are going out much faster than last year. Basketball is probably the most popular indoor game that we have here.”
Tee Time employees, wearing brightly colored logo shirts, can be easily identified by guests. They are there to assist and make sure that everyone has a safe and a great time.
“We have been well trained in customer service techniques and hospitality and we practice them everyday. We want our customers to be happy,” Harris said.
As to outdoor activities, the go-karts are by far the most popular ride, flowed closely by mini-golf. Many customers elect to buy a bracelet that is good for unlimited rides for $25 for four hours, or they may purchase four of the bracelets for $80.
The new menu at Tee Time is an extensive list of offerings boasting over a dozen snack items, four varieties of chicken wings, pizza and three made-to-order salads. Kid’s meals also are available. The new kitchen area includes a hot dog and brat counter where you can design your own sandwich with more than 40 sauces and numerous toppings like, chili, onions, tomatoes, slaw and sauerkraut.
Kitchen manager Marty Avery is there to see that all of the food offerings are tasty and healthy.
“The hot dogs and brats have been especially popular. Our state-of-the-art serving station allows guests to order exactly what they want on their sandwich, and our prices are very reasonable,” said Avery.
Parking is never a problem at Tee Time because they have more than 100 spaces. The facility is handicapped assessable as well.
After this Grand Opening weekend, the summer season officially begins at Tee Time Family Fun Center.
