Why: To use your knowledge of trivia to win prizes and to support Buerkle School

Bicycle Rodeo and Safety Day

Why: Test your bike handling skills and learn bike safety tips. Helmets are required for riders 16 years old and younger.

Introduction to Orienteering

Heritage Days in St. Charles

When/ Where: Saturday and Sunday, May 21-22, Frontier Park, St. Charles

Why: To learn and celebrate the history of the area. You will see replicas of Lewis and Clark’s boats and visit a military camp as it was 200 years ago.

Maifest

Why: Celebrate the arrival of spring at this traditional German Maifest that includes parades, dancing, music food and drink at one of the area’s oldest celebrations (1870s).

Bark in the Park

When: Saturday, May 21, Cricket Field, Forest Park

Why: Enjoy a day of entertainment, fun activities for kids and plenty of food. All proceeds support the Humane Society of Missouri and provide veterinary care for homeless animals.
