Tigris: Big Things Come in Big Packages
This adorable pup could belong to your family!
This week's "Pooch of the Week" is an over-sized, happy-go-lucky puppy that is going to make someonesuper happy. Everyone that meets this 1-year-old brindle Mastiff/Hound mix immediately falls in lovewith her. She is so sweet, friendly, and outgoing, that it is crazy to believe that just a few short monthsago she was a timid pooch who was afraid of life.
Tigris has come a long way in the short time she has been in the care of Stray Rescue. On March 30, 2012 she was found with two large Mastiffs. She was extremely scared and 20 pounds underweight. Itis hard for he Watering Bowl staff to picture this, because at daycare she is this healthy, happy-go-lucky, fun lovingpup that absolutely loves other dogs and people.
Tigris got to play at TWB three times last week with her foster brothers, and she loved every minute ofit. She played ball with her new pals, and even partook in a game or two of chase. Tigris is proof thatStray Rescue does wonderful things.

Since being rescued this past spring, Tigris has gone off to a loving foster home and has continued toprosper. She has improved in crate and potty training as well as in basic manners. She is very wellbehaved and eager to learn, so with some consistency, Tigris will continue to blossom.
Life is good for Tigris, and it is about to get even better. There is no doubt in mind that any day now,Tigris's forever family is going to come into her life and give her the happily ever after that she has always dreamed of.
