Trautwein Parents Host Fundraiser Walk
The kids ran to raise funds for technology upgrades and classroom improvements.
On Friday, students at ran in the annual Tiger Trails walk to help raise funds for field trips and technology upgrades.
The kids, who collected pledges from their friends and families, ran around the track outside the school and received a colored bracelet for each lap.
Trautwein’s parent organization, P.I.E. (Partners in Education) sponsored the event.

“We’ll use the funds for picnics, SmartBoards and field trips for the kids,” said Anne Geile, who organized the walk.
P.I.E. hopes to raise $8,500 for the kids this year.
