Two New Businesses Coming to Tesson Ferry and Butler Hill Area

A gas station and bank are set to open in 2012.

The intersection of Tesson Ferry Road and Butler Hill Road is set to become a little busier in the near future.

American Eagle Credit Union plans to add a branch at the location while Phillips 66 will be constructing a Petro Mart convenience store and gas station, according to building permits on file at the St. Louis County Department of Public Works. The permits state the two businesses will be located at 12988 and 13101 Tesson Ferry Road, respectively. Right now, the lots are vacant.

A spokesperson from American Eagle Credit Union said the company aims to open its doors during the first quarter of 2012. American Eagle is a full-service financial institution that serves all those who currently live or work in St. Louis City or County, St. Charles County and Jefferson County. The Tesson Ferry location will be the company’s 11th branch in the St. Louis area.
