Community Update

I was given Ken's name via a friend. Called Ken and asked him to take a look at installing a humidifier on my furnace. He came over once and looked at furnace and said that he could do the work. He quoted me a verbal price. On leaving, he asked me to email him details on the furnace specifications. I thought it was unusual request given that's why he came over to our house, but I sent the details to him anyway expecting him to confirm the price.

Waited several weeks and never got a response. I called and left voice message. Waited another week with no response and called again and left 2nd voice mail. He called back almost a week later and was in hurry. He confirmed that he could come over during morning a week later. I took off work to be home for him to install humidifier. He never called and never came by. Very disappointing.

I would never recommend him to anyone.
