After doing some intitial research I've only found 3 men that have been awarded the title of "Mr. O'Fallon". Tom Ginnever Sr., spent most of his entire life serving the community and esp. young men in scouting; Raleigh Jessup, who again spent over 50 years serving his community and best known for getting the Ft. Zumwalt Fort rebuilding project off the ground, and maybe Paul Westhoff, again life long resident who was mayor 3 different times over 18 years. Any others that you can think of?
