Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, recently assisted its client in a transaction with a physical therapy company

Athletico Physical Therapy leased more than 9,000 square feet in a 50,000-square-foot retail center at Olive and McKnight. The 8622 Olive location will focus on endurance athletes, those with traditional therapy needs, and workers compensation services. According to the company, the Olivette location is larger than a typical clinic to accommodate therapy that involves treatment of endurance athletes, specialized injured workers care, and traditional rehabilitation.
