Learning to Live in the Present

Are you a woman who experiences traumatic memories from years ago?

As a psychotherapist, I am privileged to hear many personal stories. A common theme running through everyone’s story is survival. No matter what the trauma was or how recent or long ago it occured they survived to tell the story.

It is difficult at best to plan for our future when we do not believe we will experience one. When unresolved traumatic memories surround our lives it is difficult to feel truly alive. This explains why living in the present may not be an option.

Change is not only possible it is probable with appropriate time and treatment.
