Christopher McCann was awarded a $7,000 scholarship to the online, nonprofit university
Springfield resident Christopher McCann was recently surprised with a $7,000 scholarship to WGU Missouri in honor of the online, nonprofit university’s 7th anniversary.
McCann, a senior project manager for the Corporate IT/Program and Portfolio Management Office of the American Cancer Society, was virtually presented with the scholarship in May by WGU Community Relations Manager John Hardin. McCann is pursuing a Master of Science in IT Management from WGU Missouri.
