Springfield Residents Surprised with Scholarships to WGU Missouri
DeAnna Duff and Jade Saeger were awarded scholarships to the online, nonprofit university
Springfield residents DeAnna Duff and Jade Saeger were both recently awarded scholarships to WGU Missouri. DeAnna Duff, a pediatric nurse at Mercy Springfield, was officially presented with a $2,000 WGU Missouri Healthcare Partners Scholarship on July 16. The scholarship is awarded to employees of WGU’s partner hospitals and healthcare organizations who wish to advance their education to become leaders in vital healthcare fields. Duff has already finished her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing Education from WGU Missouri.
Jade Saeger is a testing specialist Ozarks Technical Community College in Springfield, where she was officially presented with a $5,000 WGU Missouri 5th Anniversary Celebration Scholarship on July 16. Saeger is pursuing her master’s degree in Business Administration from WGU Missouri.
