The Karen Weidinger Foundation (KWF), St. Charles County's Breast Cancer Foundation will be hosting the 9th Annual Karen for a Kause 5K Fun Run, 1 Mile Walk & Children's Mad Dash Against Cancer on Saturday, May 10th in Frontier Park in St. Charles. Join over 1000 runners, walkers, volunteers and spectators at the wonderful event. FREE visit from Fredbird, Ronald McDonald and local mascots, as well as FREE Facepainting and kids activities.
To date, the KWF has raised and donated over $300,000 to assist patients undergoing breast cancer treatments in St. Charles County, and each and every dollar has gone to programs designed to help these patients direct.
Whether you're a runner, walker or just someone that wants to make a difference in the lives of those living with breast cancer, you won't want to miss this event.
