St. Peters Bone & Joint Surgery, Inc., a medical group specializing in orthopaedic care, recently changed its name to Advanced Bone & Joint. Founded in 1981, the company altered its name in order to accommodate its growing patient base outside of the St. Charles County area.
Advanced Bone & Joint features a highly trained team of orthopedic surgeons that focus on specific care including the knee, shoulder, foot and ankle. The healthcare group has an onsite surgery center and MRI capabilities to
efficiently treat its patients. Additional services include an osteoporosis clinic and a pain management center. The
practice has six doctors, two midlevel providers and 30 employees.
“St. Peters Bone & Joint has a 32-year history of providing quality care and compassion to patients in St. Charles County and beyond,” said Executive Director Jim Kidd. “We are excited to build upon our positive reputation with a
new name while continuing to provide superior treatment to our expanded patient base.”
