St. Charles County Recorder of Deeds offers online pre-application marriage license service
Applying for a marriage license just got a little easier - couples getting married in Missouri can now complete a pre-application online through the St. Charles County Recorder of Deeds website.

ST. CHARLES COUNTY, MO β Applying for a marriage license just got a little easier - couples getting married in Missouri can now complete a pre-application online through the St. Charles County Recorder of Deeds website.
βThis new feature has been added for the convenience of couples preparing for a wedding,β said Barbara J. Hall, Recorder of Deeds. βWe know that this is a very busy time for couples and hope that allowing them to pre-apply online for their marriage license will reduce the time they must spend in the Recorderβs office getting their license.β

The pre-application form can be found by going to the Recorder of Deeds website, http://recorder.sccmo.org. From this page, select βMarriage License Informationβ on the left, then click on the link titled βPre-Application Formβ to begin entering the information. Internet Explorer is required to access the form.
After completing the pre-application online, the couple will be issued a reference number, which they should bring to the Recorder of Deeds office within 30 days before the wedding along with proper identification and Social Security Cards (a complete list of required identification and other information is also available on the Recorder of Deeds website). Marriage licenses cost $48.
