Bridget Bitza Promoted To Vice President Of Sales And Catering

Butler’s Pantry announces the promotion of Bridget Bitza to Vice President of Sales and Catering. Bitza will oversee and manage event production for Butler’s Pantry’s premier event venues, including the Missouri History Museum, Donald Danforth Plant Science Center, Piper Palm House, Community Foundation at #2 Oak Knoll, and offsite catering. In addition to overseeing daily business, she will drive menu development and oversee all contract processes.
Bitza joined the Butler’s Pantry family in 2008 when she helped with full service events, she was then appointed to the General Manager of Bixby’s restaurant. Following her position as General Manager, she was promoted to Director of Restaurant Sales and Catering at Bixby’s and the Missouri History Museum. She continues to assume greater responsibilities, including overseeing culinary operations and accounting and purchasing responsibilities.
“Bridget has provided exceptional customer relations and service, in our sales department, in event production and in menu development,” said Richard Nix Jr., President of Butler’s Pantry. “She is a wonderful asset to our team and we look forward to having her oversee our sales force.”

Bitza graduated from Missouri State University with a degree in entertainment and management and has worked for Butler’s Pantry for eight years. She currently resides in St. Charles, MO.
