Time is CRITICAL in a Medical Emergency. Are you and your loved ones truly prepared for it?
We assume that when 911 is called, help will arrive quickly. But what happens in those critical first moments? Would first responders be able to get inside your home? Would they know your medical history, medications, emergency contacts, or care needs? Join us for an important and practical seminar featuring Kyle Gaines and Sherri Hercules, leaders with the St. Charles County Ambulance District, as they explain free local safety programs provided by SCCAD, including Rapid Access, File of Life, and the Mobile Integrated Health Program.
This seminar will also cover common safety gaps many families do not think about until a crisis occurs, including caregiver emergencies, limitations of alert pendants, phone Medical IDs, and challenges first responders may face when responding to an emergency at home.
You will also hear firsthand stories from special guest speakers Carl Sandstedt and Gabe Godi, as they share recent real-life emergency experiences and explain why advance preparation matters.
This free educational seminar is ideal for seniors, caregivers, adult children, and anyone who wants to feel more prepared, informed, and confident in the event of a medical emergency at home.
Free & Local safety programs. Real-life emergency stories. Local Emergency Leaders. Potentially life-saving information.
