Coldwell Banker Gundaker Agent Chuck Martoia Named 2015 REALTOR of the Year by St. Charles County Association of Realtors

St. Charles, MO (March 31, 2016)—Coldwell Banker Gundaker is proud to announce Chuck Martoia, manager of the St. Charles County office, was named 2015 REALTOR® of The Year by the St. Charles County Association of Realtors.

Every year SCCAR awards REALTOR of The Year to an association member based on commitment and involvement with the state and local industry association and the member’s community involvement. The last five year’s winners of REALTOR of the Year make up the selection committee.

Martoia is currently on the St. Charles County Association of Realtors’ Bylaws and Policy Committee, and has previously served on its other committees to include: Equal Opportunity, Finance, Grievance, Strategic Planning, and Nominations and Elections. He is currently in his third term as a state director at Missouri Association of Realtors and was previously a director for Mid America Regional Information Systems (MARIS), which provides the Regional Multiple Listing Service.

Born and raised in the Detroit area, Chuck has been a licensed Realtor for over 30 years joining Coldwell Banker Gundaker in 1995 as a managing broker. He is a long-time supporter both personally and professionally of the Ronald McDonald House Charities®. Prior to his real estate career, Martoia worked as a flight attendant and recruiter for TWA. He is the father of four children and has seven grandchildren.
