Coldwell Banker Gundaker Scholarship Awarded to Fort Zumwalt North Grad
Coldwell Banker Gundaker awarded its annual educational scholarship to Kayla Yuede of St. Charles, a Fort Zumwalt North High School graduate

Maryland Heights, MO (August 11, 2016) – Coldwell Banker Gundaker awarded its annual educational scholarship to high school graduate Kayla Yuede of St. Charles. Kayla graduated from Fort Zumwalt North High School where she was enrolled in honors classes and achieved a 4.33 GPA. She will attend St. Louis University in the fall and pursue a degree in Biological Sciences.
The Coldwell Banker Gundaker Scholarship Award is open to graduating high school seniors who are children of Coldwell Banker Gundaker independent sales associates or employees. The scholarship awards $8,000 to a graduate based on academic history and potential and general recommendations. The student must intend to enroll in an accredited post-secondary institution.
“I am extremely pleased to honor Kayla with this scholarship for her academic achievements, leadership and volunteer contributions to her school and community,” said Jim Dohr, president of Coldwell Banker Gundaker.

Kayla’s teachers describe her as a hard-working, dedicated student who comes to school prepared. She received her school’s “All-Academic Conference” and “Highest Honors” awards and is a member of National Honor Society. In addition to high level academic achievement, Kayla served as a Positive Peer Influence Mentor and is a varsity cheerleader.
Kayla is currently doing research at Washington University as an intern in neurology while working part-time and doing volunteer work at Five Acres Animal Shelter. She is the daughter of Coldwell Banker Gundaker independent sales associate Terry Yuede, granddaughter of Marsha and Denny Yuede and niece of Keith Yuede, all members of the Yuede Team from the company’s Highway 94 at Mid-Rivers Office.
