Don Emiliano's Restaurante Mexicano Bringing Vegan Happiness

Vegan menu takeover just in time for the new year continues restaurant's commitment to plant-based foodies

In the past six months, Don Emiliano's Restaurante Mexicano located in O'Fallon, MO has developed a vegan restaurant concept that has been a local favorite.

The Vegan Menu Takeover is the newest collaboration with Chef Drew, who recently moved to the area from California, and after many conversations have developed a vegan menu to debut on January 8th, just in time for the new year!

The result are classic Mexican dishes and family recipes without any meat or animal products. The just released menu teases a few of the menu options like cochinita pibil, carne asada a la frances, a Mexican carrot dog, raw cashew queso and many more traditional favorites. This special menu will be available every Monday during January, February and March β€” perfect for a lunch or dinner crowd.
β€œThe vegan community has continued to grow and support us since we first launched this concept in the summer and we’re excited to partner with Chef Drew and City Farm STL for this collaboration." said owner Victor Arellano. β€œWe have created this new menu that will be enjoyed by all and includes some more elaborate presentations that Chef Drew is working with us on.”
