Cutest Halloween Children’s picture contest: Email or drop off your picture for entry to LTLC, voting entries $1 a piece. Top 4 entries with the most votes win a $50 Gift Card donated by 5/3 Bank.

All proceeds will be donated to the Orchard Farm School District to provide school supplies to families in need.
