Experimental Drawing Workshop

What is drawing? Marks on paper? Made with what? In this Experimental Drawing workshop, middle school students will explore non-traditional drawing techniques. Etch, tear, map, formulate and draft with all manner of materials – but don’t expect to find any pencils, pastels or crayons here! We’ll be sketching with candy and making marks with brilliant botanicals! Taught by St. Louis artist Amanda Mueller, this is a one-of-a-kind class a creative young adult will love.

The workshop is Saturday, September 22, 2012 from 10:30am – 1:30pm for students in grades 6-9. To register or for more information, visit the education tab at foundryartcentre.org or call 636-255-0270.
