SSM St. Charles Health Center is offering tai chi classes. Bring a mat or towel, water and wear comfortable clothing and warm socks.
Cost for this class is $30 for a 3 week session, $40 for a 4 week session, or $12 for individual drop in classes. Classes are free to cancer survivors.
This class is held at two locations: The Kisker Road Medical Center, and H.W. Koenig Medical Plaza.
