Vatterott College Medical Assistant students and instructors will be volunteering their time to perform routine assessments as indicated on the physical forms. Dr. David Stewart will conduct the examinations. AnyLabTestNow! will be on site to perform additional lab tests and injections as needed.
Parent/legal guardian must accompany child under 18 and bring photo ID. Immunization records and the school physical form should be brought with the student and filled out prior to examination.
