Femme Osage Ridge Road at Femme Osage Creek to Close July 15 for Construction

ST. CHARLES COUNTY, MO – Femme Osage Ridge Road at Femme Osage Creek will be closed by the St. Charles County Highway Department beginning Monday, July 15, for approximately one week while concrete approach slabs are installed on either side of the low water crossing.

Traffic will be required to use a signed detour route while the new bridge approach is built. Local traffic can access either side of the closure location, but no through traffic will be permitted.

Signs will be in place to notify motorists of the closure and re-opening, and a detour route will be posted.

This construction is part of a continuing effort by St. Charles County Government to improve the county’s road system for the safety of the community. For more information about road projects underway in unincorporated St. Charles County, please call the Highway Department at 636.949.7305.
