Legal Services of Eastern Missouri names new Controller

Ann McKee has been named to the new position of Controller

Ann McKee has been named to the new position of Controller for Legal Services of Eastern Missouri (LSEM), a non-profit organization that provides high-quality civil legal assistance to low-income people in 21 counties in eastern Missouri.

As Controller, McKee will be responsible for program assets, all financial transactions, and for establishing procedures to properly document, record, and report financial transactions. She has more than 30 years of experience working in public accounting and with non-profit organizations.

Prior to joining LSEM, McKee served as Director of Finance for the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County. She has also served in leadership capacities for T.A. Ohlms & Co., Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc. and Arthur Anderson & Co.

McKee has BS/BA in accounting from the University of Missouri, Columbia, and is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant in Missouri.

Active in the community, McKee serves as the Board Treasurer for Emmaus Homes and serves as the Mission and Outreach Committee Chair for St. John United Church. In addition, she is on St. John United Church Advisory Board, Church Audit Committee and Endowment Committee.

McKee lives in St. Charles, Missouri.
