Montgomery County Spoils Orchard Farm's Home Opener
Martin powers Wildcats' running game while Eagles' offense struggles.

ORCHARD FARM β Montgomery County found the winning recipe and spoiled the Orchard Farm football team's home opener Friday night.
In a matchup between Eastern Missouri Conference teams, the visiting Wildcats got a big performance out of running back Nick Martin and defeated the host Eagles 21-0 at Luxembourg Field.
Martin, a 5-foot-4, 135-pound junior, rushed for an unofficial tally of 132 yards on 18 carries and found the end zone twice, including a 51-yard touchdown scamper late in the fourth quarter that sealed the win.
