Police Blotter: Two Drivers Arrested for DWI

The following information was supplied by the St. Charles Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Driving While Intoxicated

• A driver was arrested for DWI and other traffic offenses at First Capitol Drive and Forest Avenue on March 3. 
• A driver was arrested for a DWI on March 3 at South 5th Street.

Protective Custody

• An intoxicated subject behind Walter's Jewelry was taken into protective custody on March 3.

Fugitive

• A subject was arrested for a warrant at Ameristar Hotel on March 3. 

Vandalism

• Unknown subject/s used an unknown device to vandalize protective ground tile at Vogt Brothers Park on March 3.

Property Damage

• A vehicle was vandalized while parked in front of victim's apartment building at Sun Lake Drive.

Interfering With Law Enforcement Officers

• A subject arrested for lying about name and warrants at South First Capitol Drive and Zumbehl Road on March 3.
