John Payne, executive director of Show-Me Cannabis, will present "The Case for Treating Cannabis Like Alcohol." John graduated from Washington University in 2005 with a degree in history. After graduating, he taught high school studies and then worked as a public policy researcher for the Show-Me Institute until he joined Show-Me Cannabis in 2011. He also sits on the Alumni for Liberty Board and on the Republican Central Committee for the city of St. Louis.
