Vantage Credit Union announced the third of four winners in its Triskaidekaphobic? summer loan promotion. To qualify for the promotion, which runs June 1 through September 30, members have to open a loan of at least $1,000, or increase an existing line of credit by $1,000 or more, during the promotional period.
Michael Greenlee of St. Louis had $1,300 deposited into his savings account on behalf of Vantage Credit Union. His name was automatically entered in the drawing during the month of August.
“Triskaidekaphobia is the fear of the number 13,” commented Kathy Palmer, VP of Marketing. “Being that it’s 2013, we thought it would be fun to use such a unique word to let our members know there’s no ‘fear’ in borrowing money from Vantage.”
