ST. LOUIS, MO -- May 8, 2017 -- Alliance Technologies LLC. announces Alan Riedisser has joined the firm as the new Help Desk Analyst. Riedisser will assist Alliance clients with IT and network management solutions to maintain optimal business success.

Riedisser has over 20 years of experience in information technology. His background includes 9 years as a consultant and sales representative, focusing on client and vendor relationships, as well as hardware and software.

Riedisser has spent over 3 years as an IT instructor at Vatterott College, teaching associate degree level classes. The last decade he has been with YTB Marketing in Glen Carbon, IL, starting as a project manager and moving into a Help Desk position for a 375 seat call center. In the last 3 years, his position evolved into a system and network administrator. He brings a wide variety of IT experience and detail oriented focus to each task.

A graduate of the University of Missouri – St. Louis, Riedisser earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting.

A Missouri native, Riedisser currently resides in Holiday Shores, Illinois.
