Be Well Cafe & Market to Celebrate Ribbon Cutting of New Be Well Pavilion in Hyde Park (stlouis-mo.gov) — North St. Louis residents are invited to the Be Well Pavilion ribbon-cutting in Hyde Park on Wednesday, October 14, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at 2030 Salisbury Street. The new pavilion, garden, and rainscape transform a vacant lot into a hub for wellness events, fresh food access, and community gatherings, backed by a substantial city Neighborhood Transformation Grant.

Officials Celebrate Completion of $192 Million MetroLink Extension to MidAmerica St. Louis Airport (collinsvilledailynews.com) — Residents who use MetroLink or fly from local airports will soon have a new 5.2‑mile light‑rail extension linking MidAmerica St. Louis Airport to the existing system that already serves St. Louis Lambert International Airport. Officials say the $192 million project, completed without federal funding, will expand job access, support economic growth, and eventually add trail connections for cyclists in the bi‑state region.
