Ashley Bynum Honored in Prestigious Coldwell Banker Real Estate 30 Under 30 List

St. Louis, MO (August 07, 2017) – Coldwell Banker Gundaker is pleased to announce that Ashley Bynum, an eMarketing Coordinator working out of the company’s corporate office in Maryland Heights, was named to the Coldwell Banker 30 Under 30. This prestigious list encompasses the top young real estate professionals among the nearly 88,000 Coldwell Banker professionals working in 49 countries around the world. This group of real estate professionals honors the heritage of founders, Colbert Coldwell and Arthur Banker, who started their company at 24 and 28 years old, respectively.

Affiliated with Coldwell Banker Gundaker since 2013, Bynum, 28, was honored for her outstanding efforts in developing the local eMarketing program for agents, to assist them with social media marketing, implementation of company tools and contact relationship management. Bynum helps approximately 700 agents in nine offices across the St. Louis metro area.

A licensed real estate agent, Bynum is a member of the St. Louis, Missouri and National Association of Realtors, and is heavily involved in the company’s charitable efforts by working as an event liaison with Ronald McDonald House Charities of St. Louis.
