Branham Electric Selected as Electrical Contractor for Watermark at Chesterfield Village Apartment Complex

ST. LOUIS, MO, October 25, 2017 -- Branham Electric, a St. Louis area full service electrical contracting company and local energy expert, announces they have been selected as the electrical contractor for the new Watermark at Chesterfield Village apartment complex currently under construction at 16300 Lydia Hill Road in Chesterfield, MO.

Branham will provide all electrical work for the 13 acre complex that includes three, four-floor buildings and a total of 345 apartment units. In addition Branham will provide electrical work for two garages, an amenity area, a fire alarm system and phone/data/CATV cabling. Construction should be completed in 2018.
