Coldwell Banker Gundaker Agent Receives Honorable Award

Tola Spuhl, an agent affiliated with Coldwell Banker Gundaker, honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce

Coldwell Banker Gundaker is pleased to announce that Tola Spuhl, an agent affiliated with the company’s Town & Country office, has been honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan St. Louis.

Spuhl is a longtime real estate professional who works with buyers and sellers in the St. Louis Metro area. Over the course of her career she has been recognized for her outstanding sales by being named to the Multi-Million Dollar Club, and receiving the Coldwell Banker Diamond Club Award in 2002 and Sterling Award, the following year.

Though being dedicated to real estate full-time, Spuhl has been very committed to giving back to the communities in which she’s privileged to serve. She has significantly contributed to the development and advancement of the Hispanic community in the St. Louis Metro Area.

Spuhl held a position at Parkway South Junior High as chair of the foreign language department - where she was a Spanish instructor for 25 years, and served as a board member of the Hispanic Leaders Group. She was also the president of the San Luis Potosi Sister Cities of St. Louis, and helped in numerous volunteer and fundraising efforts for Ronald McDonald House Charities of St. Louis and Boy Scouts of America.

Spuhl is a member of the St. Louis Association of REALTORS® and holds a Master’s degree from University of Missouri - St. Louis. While teaching at the Parkway School District, Spuhl worked towards her Doctoral degree in Education (Ed.D) from St. Louis University – where she was later invited to participate in the selection of student candidates for the school’s Presidential Scholarship.
