Coldwell Banker Gundaker Branch Manager Honored with National Association of Realtors' 2016 REALTOR Emeritus Award
ST. LOUIS (December 14, 2016)— The National Association of REALTORS honored Coldwell Banker Gundaker Branch Manager Vernon Hatridge with its 2016 REALTOR Emeritus Award. Hatridge received the award at the 140th Celebration and Annual Installation Program of St. Louis REALTORS in November. The award recognizes real estate agents who have been licensed for 40 years or more and are active in the local and state associations.
“I am so pleased that Vernon is being recognized for his long and successful career in real estate,” said Jim Dohr, President of Coldwell Banker Gundaker. “He has made many significant contributions to the industry and our member associations, and I am grateful for the dedicated leadership he has brought to our Ladue office over the years.”
Hatridge has been a branch manager with Coldwell Banker Gundaker since 1989. Prior to that he was a branch manager with Gundaker REALTORS, IRA Berry REALTORS and Laura McCarthy REALTORS.

A number of landmark developments took place with Hatridge’s involvement and oversight during his many years of volunteer service at St. Louis REALTORS. He was chair of the Contracts and Forms Committee during the development of the “plain language” sales contract that is still in use. Hatridge was also chair of the Member Services council and the driving force behind the association’s adoption of its first lockbox system in the late 1980s.
