Coldwell Banker Gundaker Raises $11,600 for RMHC at Annual Event

The Coldwell Banker Gundaker recently hosted its 10th Annual Golf Tournament, raising a remarkable $11,600 for Ronald McDonald House Charities of St. Louis (RMHC) - an organization that helps care for families of children with complex medical needs by providing a home away from home.

Nearly 150 people, comprising 33 golf teams, attended the event at the Forest Park Golf Club in St. Louis for an afternoon of golfing, mingling and raising money for a tremendous cause.

“We couldn’t have made the event possible without the support of our affiliated agents, managers and the community,” said Jim Dohr, president of Coldwell Banker Gundaker. “We’re excited for this ten-year milestone and hope to continue hosting golf outings and other companywide events to help benefit such a wonderful organization.”

For 30 years, Coldwell Banker Gundaker and its local offices have been hosting charity events to benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities. To date, the company has raised more than $2 million for this important cause. Each Ronald McDonald House location serves as a home-away-from-home for families with a seriously-ill child being treated at area hospitals and provides support to organizations that serve the needs of children. Coldwell Banker Gundaker was recognized for their commitment to their community by being the recipient of the 2013 NRT Humanitarian Award.
